EVGA Z390 FTW leaked

With huge yellow caps

Our friends over at Videocardz have spotted several pictures of one of the upcoming EVGA Z390 motherboards. Unlike the competition, EVGA keeps the things pretty simple without adding big heatsinks or several RGB LEDs. At first glance the motherboard looks pretty similar to the current Z370 FTW.

Compared to the previous generation we don't see many changes. Once again we find a black PCB with silver and black heat sinks. Furthermore it comes with an armada of features like two M.2 slots, one mSATA slot and on-board buttons. The Z390 FTW isn't the flagship model however sports a lot of interesting features. On this board there are two PCIe Gen 3.0 slots with steel reinforcements, two PCI x1 slots and one PCIe x4 slot.

As we mentioned above, on the storage side we see two M.2 slots and six SATA ports. Furthermore we also see all the bells and whistles you'd ask for in the event of overclocking. The audio area has been reworked and now EVGA has added four big yellow caps that should improve the overall audio quality. At the moment we don't know what kind of audio chip we will find on this model.

We expect to see this model with a price close to 200 Euro like the Z370 FTW.
