ASUS unveils ROG GeForce RTX NVLink

With Aura Sync RGB

With the release of the GeForce RTX 2080 cards, NVIDIA also introduced NVLINK, which is basically the replacement for the SLI bridge. This means that if you want to create a multi-GPU setup you’d have to purchase a NVLink bridge.

At the beginning NVIDIA was the only seller of NVLink bridges, however the AIB partners are now unveiling their versions as well. ASUS has released their ROG GeForce RTX NVLink which looks perfect for ROG and Strix themed graphics cards. On top of the bridge there is the ROG logo and there is a mirror finish. The ROG GeForce RTX NVLink is compatible with Aura Sync RGB and you can change the color via software.

Like the NVIDIA branded product the ASUS ROG GeForce RTX NVLink comes in 3-slot and 4-slot configurations to fit your system. At the moment ASUS hasn't revealed pricing and availability but the item is already listed on Caseking. At the time of writing, the ROG GeForce RTX NVLink costs €89.90 Euro, which is a lot, compared to the meanwhile good old RGB SLI bridge.
