With their X series Digitec has a line of PC systems in its portfolio which combine a competitive price point with quality components. Although the line-up consists of no less than eight different systems there are only three components that are different. Depending on the price Digitec’s product management adds a different SSD, graphics card or motherboard. Since the X series is being marketed as a gaming PC one of the most important components is definitely the graphics card and in that case they’re using ASUS STRIX GTX pixel accelerators. The customer can choose between configurations with GTX 1060, GTX 1070, GTX 1080 as well as GTX 1080 Ti. In the case of the SSDs there are either Samsung 850 Evo or 960 Evo M.2 drives with 250GB, 500GB or 1000GB in these gaming PCs. On the motherboard front the X1000, X2000 and the X3000 feature an ASUS Prime Z270-K, while all other models have been equipped with an ASUS STRIX Z270F GAMING.
Overall it looks like these products make use of quality and performance components where it counts. At this point we’re rather curious to find out how the Digitec X3000 is going to perform in on the following pages.
